Our Goals
Support for basic needs :
Striving hard to fulfill the basic needs like additional teachers, classroom furniture, library books, etc., for children studying in Government schools, especially in hilly and remote areas. The prime focus is to sponsor additional teachers to the schools which don't have adequate teachers i.e., One teacher Schools, to ensure that those children will be able to get the proper education
Auxillary support :
Apart from the basic needs support given above, we also keep providing the stationaries and sports kits. For sure, they also need to get the chance to hone their skills to excel in the sports domain too
Festivals are for all :
During festival times and National days, we travel to those schools to celebrate them along with those kids and spend some time to make them feel patronized in all aspects by providing sweets and dresses also
Education is the best wealth :
To keep motivating them to continue their studies irrespective of their parent's financial situation by assuring all possible support from our trust within the scope of our Vision and Mission
Our areas of focus
Tamizharam helps underserved communities overcome obstacles for those who need education by working with schools, parents, and children to provide necessary support. Our holistic approach empowers disadvantaged children to succeed in the mainstream school system, promoting positive role models and change-makers for the next generation. School closures will hit excluded communities children the hardest, escalating inequality and increasing instances of early marriage and child labor. Support young ones in this crisis.
